Walk Through Your New Home
Once your home is completed, you are ready to complete the New Home Orientation and Walk Through. This is your opportunity to meet with an Almont Homes Representative to inspect your new home and to learn all about your home's working systems. Your orientation and walk through include both the interior and exterior of your home. During this time, we will answer all your questions and make note of any items needing attention. Once you are satisfied with your new home, it is time for the final step: the closing.
