Almont Homes is a member of Solid Warranty. You will have the satisfaction and peace of mind knowing that your builder’s warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by a strong warranty insurer. Almont Homes will enroll your home in the warranty program at the date of closing.
The most important benefit of the Solid Warranty homebuyers program is that from the date of closing you will have coverage for 10 years on qualified structural defects.
